1199/899 Exhaust Question

Does anyone know if the header from the 1199 will fit an 899?

I need to replace the lower right section of my wifes 899 and just wanted to see if I could use the extra's I have for my 1199R (the stock non-termi pipe).

Dunno.

Have several headers here for the 1199, none for 899.

I would bet $20 that they are interchangeable though.

Best might be to check if termi full or akra full fit on the 899 - that would indicate the same for stock
 
I'd bet $71 on them being the same based on Akra's site...

The 899/1199 part numbers are the same and the installation guide is the same......

Awesome. Thanks all. I was getting the same impression looking at the part numbers online and on eBay.

I guess I have a project for tomorrow. Cleaned the MWR filter today....what a PITA!!
