I see plenty of threads saying how easy it is to bleed the clutch and how it solves the no neutral problem and constant engagement problem and I want to do it! Can someone point me to a thread that actually shows how to bleed the clutch. Everyone says it takes like 30 seconds but I still don't know how to do it. Please help! Thank you!!!

Do this at the master cyclinder and at the lever.
Pull the nipple off, attach clear tubing and feed into an old conatiner. Pump the clutch 5-6 times then with a 8mm spanner crack the nut ever so slightly. Do the nut up again after the air has been released and the liquid comes out.

Done.

Bled the clutch and did the front brake while I was at it. Took about 30 seconds each, no tube necessary, just squeezed till I saw the fluid and had a rag nearby just incase it dripped out. Clutch and brake now feel PERFECT!!! Gotta admit, this is not a negative for me, I like messing with the bike a little with no stress and not too much work for a great return! It is my first Ducati so I'm just getting to know it. Falling in love. Thank you again!

As I am one of the first ones to recommend this way of doing it on this forum, and had a few thinking I was taking huge risk not using a hose, let me suggest having a rag wrapped around the area in case you leak. Brake fluid is a serious paint remover, so best to keep it off the paint rather than plan to get it off after the fact. Wiling it off paint leaves a coating that will blister the paint

Just an FYI,
Had to bleed mine every 600 miles until I was finally able to convince DNA that the master had to be replaced. No problems since.

Zaster, was anything different about the master? Hose location? I'm well out of warranty, but I'm really curious as to the cause of this.

Mine was perfect until a bit past 21 000 km. I had to bleed the clutch master once afterwards. Will see if it becomes a problem.
