Hi All,
Road in Tasmania, Australia where I live are VERY aggressive, and I'm only getting around 1,500-2,000 km out of a rear Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP's.
I currently have a New (300km) front Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP and I'm looking for a new rear.
I'm thinking of getting something that may last a little bit longer.

Firstly, If I get a Parelli Diablo-Rosso-Corsa, will it be "OK" With my new front Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP?

Secondly - I have listed below the tyres that I am interested in (as a matching set). I would love some opinions, and maybe readers can list a 1-5 (1 being best) next to what you would think would be best option. I've listed what I think would be best (1-5).

Thanks in advance"¦

And the Dunlop Q3 was left off the list because............??

Do Dunlop even market the Q3 outside the States? Thinking there's a different model, though it may be much the same.

To the OP, I've played with a variety of tires on mine including the original B'Stone S20's, and Dunlop Q3's , and gotten similar mileage to what I saw on the OEM Pirellis. Maybe a bit more on some, but not enough to really matter. Q3's are a better bang for the buck option; i.e. the short life doesn't matter as much if they work well (they do) and they're cheap (they are, relative to the Pirellis). Small effect on TC, but not a real issue on the street.

Thing is, if you're going hard enough to shred the SP's in that distance, you don't want something with a harder compound. You need grip! Maybe crank up the TC a few notches and let the electronics keep your rear tire alive a bit longer for you. Nahhh... ;)

if youre buying anything other than the q3 you are wasting your money. especially if you are just street riding. if you are one of the few that can notice the difference then of course this doesnt apply to you. if you are that good on the track you have slicks or at least a racing tire. if thats the case dunlop gp a pro which is one piece of rubber so you can actually flip the tire depending on your track. which means double the life.

que the owners manual says pirelli and dunlop doesnt make a 200 tire. blah blah blah.
