🤯 ..............sometimes you just have to laugh!!!
I just love the hateful trolls on this forum. Instead of asking WHY something is done, they just assume you are an idiot for doing it. Which is why I have BP PanigaleV4S blocked. His posts still come through when he's quoted and I get an email notification, but otherwise I never have to see his hate mongering and trolling.

The extra mirrors are there because I've had multiple neck injuries which prevent me from turning my head and looking to the side when I'm in the tuck. I CAN'T see to the side. Get it? The mirrors allow me to do so. It's for safety reasons.

Sitting up I can twist my spine to help allow me to look side-side. In the tuck I'm literally blind to the sides, though the bar end mirrors allow me straight back sight lines. But straight beside me, in my blind spot I'd need to check with a head twist? Nada.

After a full lifetime of Military service, multiple wrecks on bicycles, in cars, but never a motorcycle, sky diving, surfing, and countless martial arts bouts, the injuries start to add up. I also have to make allowances for 22 broken bones including half of my rib cage on each side, 2 prosthetic knees, 3 spinal fusions, and arthritis in 6 major joints including a range of motion of only 45 degrees in my right elbow.

So, yeah, I have two small mirrors on the side of the windscreen so I can see what is beside me. Any more vitriolic observances Captain Hatemonger?

No haters here. I don’t have a hateful bone in my body.

But Someone starts a thread with a great question IMO then someone else decides to give ignorant advice to make themselves feel like an authority and wonders why they get called out on it! And wonders why people get a laugh out of it?

But I guess that’s just forums in general

If you don't have a hateful bone in your body, why do you repost the hate of others?

Specifications and Recommendations are for what the Manufacturer considers to be the exact setup they produce. Change tires, air pressure, shock oil, height, rake, trail, the fulcrum position, weight, ergonomics, riding style, and it all goes out the window. No one, as far as I know, runs exactly what Ducati produced at the Factory. So take all the recommendations and throw them out the window, because you change one thing, then everything changes. You, wanting everything to follow 'Recommendations', rather than think through everything else as a total package, kind of defeats your 'opinion' as to the perfection of those 'recommendations'. I've proven that what I do works. If I need to change it because things change on the bike, then I'll do so.

I'd rather make a mistake, or many of them, and learn from them, than be Evil and do everything I can to gaslight and deny it. Be very careful the words of others which you repeat. They are a reflection upon yourself. When in doubt, ask WHY, instead of screaming, 'IT'S WRONG'. There's always room for disagreement, but never a place for personal vendetta.

Dude, I think you need to take nap mate before you hurt yourself!

while you are at it why don’t you change your radiator cap to a 60psi one and use half the amount of engine oil, maybe the it will be air spring for your cylinder?? I mean they are only recommendations right?

….and don’t get me started on brake fluid,

Anyway lighten up, Have a laugh, crack a smile…stress will kill you it’s not worth it!

Better still go for a ride!
