Yes, you should wait. 25 more horsepower, and a few extra bells and whistles as well.
I have an 1198 currently, and it needs more juice, just had it on the track. I came off a GSXR1000 before my Duc, and that bike was built. If you can wait, do so, if not, I'm sure the year end clearance sales are gonna be good...ir at all offered. The 1198 however is the last of the Trellis Frame and underseat exhaust.
