No it's an sc2 r and sc1 F that's why I was using warmers. Only lasted 3 1/2 hour sessions l!
 
Others will probably make different suggestions on supporting the rear to install the new shock.

But, when I switched my 1199 from Fixed to Progressive, I used a tie down strap attached to my passenger pegs run through an engine hoist I use when working on cars. Did the trick just fine. I knew I would find a use for the passenger pegs they included in a box when I bought this!

It'll take less time to do it this way than it will to install the rear pegs and hang it. I just had my shock off yesterday for a spring swap. Plus the jack makes it super easy to fine tune the exact alignment of the bolt holes.
