1299SL tail swap

Hi guys,
Thinking to buy a 1299SL tail. Except the 2 tail sub frames what do I need to have to make the swap? Can I use the 1299s hardware?
Whats the + and - ?

Can I use the 1299s fairings?
Seat(I remember the 14'SL had a CF seat with a different bolt place)
I guess no more passenger?

You need 1299sl subframe 5k $ and 1299 SL tail near 5k too, seat, glove box lid and lock probably too.

I have in reach the 2 CF sub frames.
Question is, does the 1299s hardware will fit? Brackets screws etc.
Do the fairings fit or I have to buy the SL fairings
The seat fits? I remember on the 14' SL its aCF seat with a different bolt hole then stock, is it the same on the 17' SL ?

Spending 5K on a CF sub frame is one, if there will be fitting issues its another thing
