'17 Monster 797 turn signal problem

Hi guys. I bought Ducati performance LED turn indicators for 17' Monster 797. Pluged them in and the left side doesn't work. I tried the same one on the right side, it works. Pluged the stock ones back in and both of them are working fine on both sides. Any idea what might be the problem?
