Amazing build! I have the same exact year and model--with similar mods. I went low-mount Termi full-race--
Where did you source the Quad-Lock mount? Because of the Ducati's unique hollow steer tube, I had to use a USA-built kit that allowed me to use the Quad-Lock stem mount. It's been a year since I installed it so I forgot the exact details! (My 2015 R1 did not require it, has a normal steering stem tube). I like yours a bit better--would love to get one if available in the US.
Also--I had split, worn Ohlins fork electronics rubber boots as well--you can order a new kit on Ebay. Mine are freshened to new, and then I applied rubber conditioner to keep them supple.

Owning a 1199S with full termi system, I love the sound, engineering and design, also know it has way too much potential which I can never explore. I do enjoy a brief taste of the power to remind me that I'm still alive. The 1199S gives me that reminder way more than my multistrada 1260 or Scrambler 1100 pro, but I love them all. Hoping you love your ducati experience!
