Full Termis, DP Levers, DP Rearsets, DP Comfort/Race Seat, DP Carbon Clutch Cover, DP Carbon Tank Protector, Fender Werkes LTD Fender Eliminator Kit, Lux Mirror Blockoffs

Full termis are staying. Also included is the complete stock exhaust.

I am removing the DP Levers, DP Rearsets, and the DP Comfort Seat - I can leave them on for another 1500.00.

I will leave on the DP Carbon Clutch Cover, DP Carbon Tank Protector, Fender Werkes LTD Fender Eliminator Kit, and Lux Mirror Blockoffs. Stock mirrors and bee stinger included.

Few more photos.

I have done two track days on it, but wouldn't considered the bike to be "tracked" as that implies it has been ridden hard or abused. I was in a bad accident last year and the first track day was more like a parade laps at 65MPH with friends supporting my recovery. The second track day I rode very conservatively too, more than I usually ride on the street. Both times it was kept in low 120HP mode. Never ridden in the rain, always garage kept, in perfect condition.

I've had a few low ballers make me offers less than dealership trade in. I am not posting here to beat anybody's price in the country for the best deal on a used 1199 you can find. If you don't think my asking price is fair, then don't waste my time and contact me - kindly move along.

I did not include the DP levers, rearsets, and seat in the original for sale post because I did not want to sell them and planned to move them to the R - I should have removed them from my signature before posting to prevent any confusion. If I throw them in for free, then I have to turn around and drop another 1627.00 when the R arrives for the same exact parts and pay labor to have them installed. For me that doesn't make any financial sense as I would come out ahead just trading in the bike to the dealer and having them move the parts over - in fact after rolling over the tax it looks like I would be ahead trading it in.

If you were to go pick up the same bike new today and do the same mods here is what it would cost you:

1199 Panigale S with ABS 23,995.00 (22,995.00 is actually MSRP without ABS)
Full Termis 3499.00
DP Levers 389.00
DP Rearsets 999.00
DP Carbon heal guards 159.00
DP Comfort seat 239.00
DP Carbon Tank Protector 55.00
DP Carbon clutch cover 199.00
Competition Werkes LTD Fender eliminator 159.95
Lux Mirror block offs 109.00

Not including any labor that would cost you 29,802.95. The total parts alone not including the labor is 5807.95.

This bike is a garage queen in mint condition, has only 1200 miles on it, never been ridden hard, has the first maintenance done, and the rear tire has 200 miles on it. I can let it go for 21,995.00 without the DP parts (levers, rearsets, seat) as I originally posted or 23,495.00 with it all installed and ready to go if you insist - this is still me eating a couple hundred in parts and labor.

I am not trying to argue with anyone over price, and if you believe you can get a better deal from someone else, then go for it and don't let me stop you - this is the best that I can do. If I can't get the asking price out it private party between now and when the R arrives I'll just trade it in - dealer already offered to move over the parts for me. However I would rather see this go to another Ducatista instead! Sorry for any confusion my signature created earlier.

I have decided to just trade the bike in at the dealership instead of sell private party. Thanks for the interest.
