2012 Ducati Panigale 1199 100mi Base $15000 Syracuse, NY

Ok so I bought 2 Panigales one base one S with ABS. I really wanted the S bought thought it was to much money 24000 so I bought the Base. As I am picking it up the dealer offers me the S for 21000 couldn't resist put down deposit said Ill take it. Thought it would be an easy sell to sell the base $15000 so now I have the base at home under its cover plugged in. The dealer has been calling me to come get my S out of there, wife will flip her lid if 2 bikes are there, especially at 40Gs. Help a brother out 15000 for the base had a chance to ride it once in service date10/15 or 21000 for the S with abs brand new. I can help out with delivery. Base has 100 miles on it. 315-283- forty-5 forty-6 Bill Again base $15000w/100mi S/abs0mi $21000 new Base available $16500 new S non abs $20000

I am not a dealer, i would like to conclude this by tuesday so I can bring home the S or sell it

Seriously interested in your base non-ABS but am really confused with your situation.

I am a skeptic and can't figure out what is going on. You have two 1199s? One base and one S? But you want to pick up another S?
 
Why are you offering to sell the S if you haven't even taken delivery of it yet? Just get your deposit back if you don't care which one you have.
 
Because a) they wont give it back b) i really want it just dont need 2 by backing out i feel i let them down we have relationship that i enjoy its like hes my uncle or maybe because he is my uncle.
 
I'd like to know which dealership it is because I'm in Rochester and I'll be looking to scope out some dealerships when I get home from this deployment...

Man, you are in a deep ..... Your uncle and your wife will be mad at you, so if wife kicks you out of the house, you cant even go to your uncle to spend the night....

I do wish best of luck on your sale. Good price and I'm sure it will sale quick.

Every dealer should refund the security deposit, not like you don't have 1 to 3 other deals pending here!

Idk why people add to the story. I talked to this guy on the phone back last November. Very weird story about how he had the bikes on MSO so they were still titled as "new" but the warranties already began. Odd, but definitely not a scam.
 
Damn that is a funny thread, being from Syracuse I am half ashamed,lol. Has to be the dealer down on Erie Blvd, seems to always have some good deals.
