Ok..Before this gets totally out of hand I want to try to mediate as best possible here... You guys are using the forum as the place ..amongst others..to communicate so I would suggest a responsible and civil course of action... The seller has requested that you return the wheels and that he will refund you upon receipt..(this is my understanding) George as the buyer its your responsibility to return any item you allege to be defective.. refusing to do so is not going to produce any action whatsoever...
Fahed... are you agreeing to refund the buyer upon the return of the wheels???

Ok George.... Do you agree to do as requested??? Other than agreeing I see little to be gained from posting on this forum..It really does sound like a Paypal dispute which should be handled in private....
