lol.. he's probably on the level, but it just seemed odd to want so much information up front. Like I said, I'm probably just being paranoid.

Thanks for the idea about the DL copy. He was cool with that and seems on the level so my defcon level has dropped a couple notches.
 
Seller never needs to give a name or address. A phone # maybe so they (the bank) can contact the seller and see they truly own a bike. I've bought and sold 10+ bikes and cars and all sorts of other expensive crap online and never given out my P.I. to make a sale.

Location of the bike...... Maybe, your name if they cut a check and the vin number for sure. Have the possible buyer give you his loan officers name and info and you call them yourself. JM .02
