2019 Ducati V4 Speciale DES ERR Code.

Hello, everyone I bought a Speciale number 1328/1500 with 5 miles on it from the dealership no issues what so ever. Broke the bike and took her to the track 4 times so far, phenomenal no issues. Saturday April 25, 2020 I went to the gas station on my bike hit a few back roads with Some buddies and when I got home my DES was displaying on my dash and on the right side next to DES it said ERR. I checked all the connectors, turned the bike off cleaned them out and connected them back turned her on still displaying it. turned her off unplugged them turned her on/off connected it, then back on and it went away. I was very happy and yesterday I went to take her out and it was on again. Has anyone experienced this before?

I would take it back to the dealer.

Ive seen this before on my 1299, happens whenever i leave the ignition on for long period and then start it from that point.. I had a race gas cap, so i would hit the kill switch and leave key in ignition with the fan on *thought i was keeping it cool... but the fix for me was to simply shut it down completely and then restart, sometimes it stayed on after a few seconds of riding it went away..
