Carbon fiber wheels. Same wing design.

Wonder if this is the homologation racing update for SBK.
 
Where are you seeing the teaser pic? I don't see anything on the U.S. Ducati website.
 
Thanks. Looks consistent with the pic in the Reddit thread. A black Panigale is "different" I guess.

Really wish they would get rid of that hideous exhaust and replace it with the Akra or similar out of the box.

I agree. I don't like the idea of even a dealer going into a new $40,000+ bike and taking half of it apart to put on a full Akra. Before, you just had to remove fairings and a tank to do a pipe install. Then it got more complicated and you'd have to loosen a subframe or maybe a radiator. Now, with the V4 you have to take almost half the bike apart.

I would definitely take a red over a black but I doubt it will come in red. The special edition bikes usually only come in one color scheme (e.g., tri-color, anniversario, superleggera, etc.)
 
Hmmm... I'm liking it. I was thinking about getting a SF V4 next year but now this might have me changing my mind.

Have you seen the new black V4SF? I saw one in person the other day. Looks awesome.
 
It’s kinda of an interesting model actually, 1103 V4 instead of the R engine, SL wheels and V4R body kit

kinda reminds me of the new mach 1 mustang parts bin special lmfao

Have not seen one in person yet but plan on taking the wife to look at one once it hits the dealers floor. The pics I saw on the interweb look good.

100% parts bin special.

If they did like the FE but with an 1100 cc, lightened, balanced higher revving V4 then you would have my attention..... however, that won't happen as it would absolutely smash their flagship R
