I get it. If I purchased a brand new bike, I would be pissed if that happened at only 250km. NO EXCUSES.

I think my first post was me complaining about the wrong forks installed on my bike so I can’t fault the guy

That was the most Italian .... I’ve ever saw. I wonder how many other bikes are out in the wild with the wrong forks and the owner never noticed.

Emotional day, My 1999 996 purchased new, tranny went at 6000km, shavings destroyed the motor. My 2013 1199R had a electrical short that took 2 years to diagnose.
Stranded my in the middle of nowhere a couple times. Had over 20 motorcycles, Race Pro super bike for 15yrs, 13 titles. Love Ducati's, they hate me! Dealer service was amazing!

I picked up one a few weeks ago, sorry I hear about your problem. Did the dealer state the problem was. Some motorcycles I find have low battery voltage from storage. Not just the bikes storage before sale but the battery storage before install to the bike. Though these lithium batteries are supposed to store with no to little voltage drop.
