Does anyone know of access to the service manual for the new Panigale? Also, if there is a sheet with the usual torque specs like for rear axle and front axle nuts, pinch bolts, etc. could you please post them here?

I was able to get some torque specs:

Rear axle nut = 140 Nm +/- 5%
Front axle nut = 63 Nm +/- 5%
Front axle pinch bolts = 19 Nm +/- 5%
Front brake caliper bolts = 45 Nm +/- 5%
Engine oil drain bolt = 14 Nm (max 16 Nm); mechanic recommends 14 Nm
Engine oil filter cap screws = 10 Nm
Rider footpeg to frame (to change rearsets) = 25 Nm

Please (confirm and) add to this list until we are somehow able to get workshop manual (which is unfortunately not avaible because the dealerships access it online and they may not be able to share it.

Front brake caliper bolts were previously 45nm - surprised to see 30nm.

I reached out to AMS Ducati and they gave me a different number for the front brake caliper bolts, 45Nm. I've corrected my original post and also added a couple of other torque specs.

Also, I wrote to Ducati North America via their form and asked them to make the 2025 service manual available to customers. I figured there's no harm in customers making such requests directly with Ducati and could only help.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the world of Ducati, but I'm also looking for a service manual, as I’ve always done the maintenance on my bikes myself. I’ll be doing my best to track down the manual on my own, but I’d really appreciate it if someone manages to find it before I do.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Ducati NA replied promptly, but unfortunately in the negative. They will not sell/make available service manuauls for us mere mortals. Our best bet is to talk to a Ducati dealership or mechanic who makes it avaliable.

It’s really unfortunate that Ducati won’t be selling official service manuals. The owner’s manual doesn’t include information about bolt torque in Newton-meters, especially for engine oil changes, which is an important detail for keeping the bike in good condition. This creates additional challenges for owners who want to take care of their bikes themselves. When I switched from the ZX10R, I always serviced the bike myself, and there were never any issues with access to information. The situation with Ducati is a bit more complicated, but with my experience, I think I can handle it. Still, it would be nice if such manuals were more readily available.

There are a few versions of the prior shop manual on the internet and I doubt there's a significant difference with the 2025 as the engine is the same. Obviously the change to the swingarm, rear wheel torque values would have been changed.

There's a right to repair argument for sure.

Often, the install manuals for accessories can be found online by searching the part number. Ducati Omaha seems to list them with the product. Below are links to product pages for the Akra slip-on and full system that include links to the install manuals.

I think this behavior is driven by the ever more stringent euro regs. I agree with you the euro's may be forced to accept this, but it won't fly here.

I'm not sure if there's any precedent to provide a service manual should one exist. I'd imagine Ducati would simply claim it's their IP which they paid to develop and can control distribution however they wish. Kind of ...... for sure.
