i do have one more question, is there a lower seat available, I'm on my tip toes. and forget about putting down that kick stand sitting on bike.
i love this bike fo sure though. just ordered the skyrich tender and those throttle spacers for the slack.

SuperBikeUnlimited website has the Race Seats in stock, much flatter lower seat than any of the Ducati seats, easier to move around on, and plenty comfortable.

Is this the one you are talking about and does anybody have a picture of their bike with one of these on it?

2022 has higher seat than previous year and i'm interested to lower the seat instead of suspension.
But I think the Seat itself on the 2022 is flatter then previous models so the Race Seat may not help. I would get thickness measurements of the Stock Seat vs the Race Seat to be sure.

I'm with you though on trying to avoid lowering the Bike, I have thought about lower rear links too but so far not going that route.

2020-2021 Seat V 2022 Seat:

They say flatter, looks to me like they moved the mass around a bit. The 2022 seems almost taller in front. The horizontal point in the 2020-2021 is 4" from front. The 2022 horizontal point is past half-way to the back before the red stripe. This is handheld camera work, so not extremely precise but noticeable.
BTW the Florence Ducati mechanic told me the seats are interchangeable, same mounting points. I was thinking about it as I too would go for a flatter seat. Maybe the racing seats are better. I'd love a totally flat one.

Nice! Thanks for sharing!

The red discolors easily. Look at an V4 SL seat that actually gets ridden and you'll notice it. Dye from sweaty leathers runs...

If I remember, Thursday is the MotoGP party at Ducati Austin, I'll take a pic of the seat on one of the track V4 SLs and post back.

Not the same material or manufacturing, but the red seat on my RSV4 started discoloring within hours of use. I purchased a black seat from a Tuono to put on it.

The mechanic at the Florence, Ducati says "Yes, they are the same mounting points as 2020." You can buy the 22 seat from Ducati. (Maybe earlier a well not sure if they changed from 2019.) The news on the red fading though - eoowww. That's dumb. Looks cool though.

They do look great!
I wonder if they will fit pre-2022 models though since they reshaped the fuel tank near the seat area?
