Finally got my AFAM quick-change 520 kit, going to put it on this week! I weighed it, it's 6.50 lbs. for the chain and both sprockets. I'll weigh the stock parts when they come off and see how much of a difference it makes, hoping for at least a pound! If it's at least a pound, that will put the bike under 370 lbs. with no fuel in it, it's at 371 lbs. right now after the Marchesini forged mags went on.

No, front is same as stock 15t, and the rear I went up 2 teeth to 41t. They offer 14-16 on the front, and 37-44 on the rear for the steel quick-change sprockets.

It dropped 1.5 lbs. total weight, not too bad!

Nice Jarel, I intended to do this, same as my 999..I'll give up a little top end speed for a lil more grunt off the line ;).
On another note, will you be at HPT end of next month?

Does anyone know if the AEM Factory 520 kit from Bellisimoto fit the 1199 or is it 1198 parts that could be slightly off?

What seat is that?

Maybe, depends if the date conflicts with one of our TrackAddix days.

1198 rear carrier/sprocket is not compatible, nor is the front sprocket, new parts are required for the Panigale.

I know it sucks when a seller sees another seller selling the same stuff they have.....for way less :D

Hi Jarel

Just for interest sake. What is the effect on your speedometer...does it read the speed of the crank or wheel?
