Fun job, driving that rail?

It’s isn’t an easy question to answer…

I like that I’m good at it, even though I’m the newest driver… I’m not going to lie, I’m the best 😂.

Long hours though… 10 hours shifts including night shift, 6 days work 2 days off so weekends are always moving. It’s hard work, draining and requires a lot of attention.

Less politics and drama than other positions but pay still sucks.

I’m mostly unhappy with the salary and the fact that I feel capable of doing a much bigger job yet find myself driving a tram.

I like it but I need to do more and get payed more 😂

I started my career late and no “higher education” to speak of but I don’t think that holds me back from my aspirations, so I’m pushing through the industry.

I’d rather be enjoying life but I have to do this first.
