Hey guys,

Bought some aftermarket fairings and I have 2 issues.

1) does anyone know where to source these metal circular clips? I tried pulling them off my OEM fairing, but they start to bend. At this point i'd love to purchase some or use an alternative.

2) My front fairing is missing a threaded hole for the bolt that holds the headlights together. What can I do besides return it? I have it circled, see attached images.

1) Ducati calls the clip a "crown fastener" and is p/n 85040521A. See this snapshot from the instructions for the Akrapovic lower kit for 2022+ bikes.

2) When I had to deal with the same problem with aftermarket fairings, I drilled and tapped the fairing for a M4 (maybe M5, I can't remember) helicoil.

Those metal clips are common in the auto industry, they are called starlock washers, cheap as and should be available at any auto parts supply. To remove them just flick them off with a screwdriver, they dont break

Can’t you thread the hole with a tap and die set? Most sets come with a thread tool to match the proper size.
