We all knew some company is making these for our bikes, but who? I have been looking at the Ducati rear sets that cost $999, but unsure who evens has them yet. While browsing thru Ebay I find this. Anyone seen these in person yet or even better, have them?

ADJUSTABLE REAR SETS BY RACING BIKE FOR DUCATI PANIGALE 1199 | eBay

ps. On listing under item specifics it only has the 1198. hmmm

The picture doesn't look bad. But I would personally never order a $720 piece of equipment from an advertisement that has that many misspellings.

Totally agree.....Apart from AR I dont know anybody who has done aftermarket rearsets yet.
I have some NCR ones on order and they arent to far away and I know CNC is very close as well.

Yeah, Austin Racing is reputable, and looks to have quality stuff. Materials and engineering look top notch, from what I can see on the website. I haven't personally ordered anything from them, yet. Plus, they communicate directly on this forum. That alone makes me more comfortable purchasing from them, versus fly-by-night company that I've never heard of ya' know?

I dont believe in them either. Waiting for some well known folks to put a kick ass set out like Arrow or Acculign. I hate this stock POS!

I have Acculigns on a 1098, truly beautifully made and designed rearsets, but they quit making motorcycle parts. It was a side business. :(

Wth?

I had a set on my 1198 Corse and they were UNREAL ! I didnt know they stopped making them? Damn what a loss for us, best rear sets ever and probably the most adjustable set you will ever see! Going to bed unhappy :(

I emailed and got a quick response from Gilles Tooling and they will be making rearsets for the 1199. Unknown release date though. I have their rearsets on my GSXR 750 and they are machined pieces of art with great feel and alot of adjustability.

If these are genuine, which I hope they are, they are by far the best ones I have seen! Look how grippy they look!

That's what I'm waiting for in gold, they told me July for a release date. By far the best quality I have ever seen, had them on my MV Agusta F4.

Don't want no metal heel guards, CF for me, wait for the Gilles!

Is it just me or anyone else have an issue (albeit a fairly small one) of getting their boots caught on the OEM heel guard? Either the zip flap or the plastic heel guard on my size 9 UK / 10 US / 43 Euro Sidi's catches requiring me to pull my foot off the peg? I haven't figured out which bit is catching as I'm not looking down t that speed to figure it out. Have to put it on the stands and get wife to check it out! Guess the OEM heel guard is just the wrong length for me?

The Lighttech set looks like something straight out of the seventies, including the bad graphics. The stepped milling is a poor reminder of what Acculign did, ahh, Acculign....
