Comes with mounting plate. You will have to figure out how you want to mount it and get either a ram mount, Moto D makes a good one for the fork or the aim one I have which they still have but it's tricky to track down if I remember correctly see the photo

here is the mount i have, i think it was $30. These guys get you for everything, I just paid 699 for my new Solo DL 2 and had to fork out another $65 for the wiring harness...
