This slip on ( part number 96481491A) is a road legal slipon that complies with the EURO4 regulations in Europe, while the full race system and the race slip-ons are not road legal.
It is also more expensive than the full race system (and it is only a slip-on), so I can understand that it is probably not exactly flying off the shelves at the dealers

Holy hell! I have not heard one, I wonder what they are like? I cant imagine they are more expensive. Thats nuts
