Does anyone still make leathers old school without the stretch material? Mainly in the crotch area. I've looked through all the suits Revzilla has and it seems they all have the stretch material. My legs are seriously cooking with my current stretchy suit. Leather seems to do a better job at deflecting the heat. I use an undersuit as well. Maybe someone makes some sort of heat deflection material for the undersuit?

Use the old square pot holder inside your thigh under your undersuit to keep them in place. I used to that until I got the CF frame covers by Shifttech and CF Exhaust Heat Shield. I am assuming its your inner thigh and hamstrings?

Hahaha. That's hilarious. Didn't really have a problem with my old Fieldsheer suit.

I don't know if it's just me but I have pretty wicked heat rash on my inner thigh and hamy's. It was a cold day and long fast ride too. So I could imagine how bad it will be on a hot day. I did remove the head covers to install carbon versions but I liked the look so much without them I left them off. Not really going to work for me I guess, such a bummer. I have carbon frame and head covers I'll install this weekend.

Thanks for the Z Custom Leathers suggestion!!!

I'll go for the pot holders in the mean time too. Thanks ScrapperX!

Hot pads definitely helped. I road about 500mi this past weekend which would have previously resulted in wicked heat rash. No such rash thankfully.

I left the covers off after the Akra install. I think it helps with the heat at certain speeds and makes it worse in others. Overall, I decided I'm leaving them off.

Riding in jeans in TX, I've never experienced heat rash or discomfort to the point that I couldn't ride the bike.

ETA: To answer your original question, Vanson is about as old school as it gets. They also do custom sizing.
