Thanks for your interest! The title is with Ducati financial services. Therefore it will be sold with a bill of sale and me paying off the bike with the title going straight to you. I have done this with numerous cars as well and the process is very smooth.

BTW, Ducati financial (i.e VW credit) will not directly release the title to the new owner.
They will only sign off and release the title to the lienholder, in the lienholder's name; the title will take ~2 weeks to issue, even if the loan is paid off electronically. It is then on the lienholder to give the title to the buyer. This is from personal experience in buying an out-of-state bike this past spring.
