Anyone have any experience with the Lithium Ion Antigravity Batteries? If so, which model did you get?
I have a 2018 V4 Speciale that I went out to ride the a couple weeks ago. I unplugged the battery tender (battery-tender brand, selectable Li or lead acid), turned it on and thought it was odd that I had a battery low warning...couple clicks was all she could muster. looked at the battery tender and noticed none of the LEDs were illuminated so tried it in a few other outlets and nothing, double checked the original outlet with a work light and it was all good. Went to walmart and picked up a new battery tender (same battery-tender brand, different model as the 1st) went home & plugged it in. LEDs lit right up and I verified it was in Li mode and plugged the bike in.

Went out to check it the next day and it fired right up. Went for a quick spin then came back home and parked it. Went out the other day to go for a ride...unplugged the battery tender and hit the key. Got a low battery warning and again, nothing but a few clicks. Double checked the tender and it looks fine, all lights are good and its still in Li mode. Terminal connections look fine and are snug

The only thing I can come up with is the first tender took a .... and took the battery with it. I can't explain the last ride I got out of the battery but I left it on the charger for a few more days and it didn't matter.

So...I'm looking for a replacement.

I’ve run AG Lipo batteries in all my bikes and 1 in a car. I like the small-case versions, but they also make oe-sized cases. I run 12cell in the big Ducatis and 4cell in the CBR1k & RS660 Aprilia.

The newer versions have several features like restart, etc.

run one in my multistrada, seems to work but not any better then my WPS in my panigale, antigravity not any better than any other one, and not worth the extra money.

Ive had a WPS in my Husaberg for 6 years

Thanks for the input.
Anyone know what the stock battery dimensions are? What about CCAs?
I'm not trusting any of these websites as they all seem to recommend different model numbers.

What about CCAs?
none trustworthy, you got that right. anti gravity said a hundred more then the wps and it turns over like the stock lead acid battery. The WPS had less but cranks over my 1199

not saying to get wps, just ive had good luck with them. they dont make one for my multi strada, thats why I went anti gravity. I bet the 1199 one would fit right in.

worse case ill use the anti gravity on my aquatrax

I went with this one from Amazon: Antigravity YT7B-BS Lightweight Lithium Motorcycle Battery for V4 V4S V4R.

My bike's 2020 OEM battery started expanding in the last few days apparently.

So much for "long life"

I had the same result with the skyrich on my V4R. I ran into the low battery issue a few times and decided to use the AT12-HD with re-start, although I did have to slightly modify the battery storage location and re-route the battery cable/starter fuse box. I didnt get pictures while I was, but the front panel of the battery bracket had to be removed. The battery rests "tight" against the fuse boxes and fuel tank. I don't run the battery cover as it wont fit but I'm in the process of making a carbon fiber cover that also integrates the key switch/fairing mounts. I haven't had any negative feedback from the bike at the top of 6th gear or when canyon riding in 1st/2nd

I think the OEM size is the AT7 at 180 CCA, the AT12HD has 480. The increase in cranking amps in not noticeable during engine start and the starter solenoid didn't get smoked, the bike till takes just as long to start as the OEM skyrich. What is different though is the available amp/hours for the bike to draw from. 16 amp hours compared to only 7, with the option to "jump start" if the battery was to fully discharge. I've let the battery sit for 4 to 5 days at a time without riding and it will still start, I've yet is to use the built in re-start function of the battery, and I'm hoping not to.

AT12 for low battery upgrade - AT12BS-HD-RS Lithium Motorsport Battery

OEM AT7 - AT7B-BS-RS Lithium Motorcycle Battery
