Any one knows these 2 dog bone bolts torque?

I have this PDF file"TORQUE SETTINGS - PANIGALE V4 (1.0)" says they are 120Nm, what??? That's freaking crazy or am I wrong? So, what's the correct torque, depending my experience I guess 50ft/lb to 60 ft/lb or 70Nm to 80Nm?
Looks like these rear shock dog bone bolts are 14mm and at the other side, the nuts are 18mm? It's rare in the US to see 18mm socket and wrench, usually 17mm and 19mm.

its the size and pitch of the thread that's important......not the size of the spanner to turn it...

Yes, but 120Nm for 12mm bolts, is it a little bit crazy, I worry about to broken the bolt or nut if do 120Nm on it lol...Still can't believe it.
