What are you trying to buy that the discount is so important???

I know they're moving out to Las Vegas. It maybe hindering a bit of customer service but they should still be able to get things done.

I've done business with them before and was most satisfied (parts for the Paul Smart).

I ordered something last Friday from them and got it by Monday/Tuesday. I've never had a problem with Lyle or Randy.

Hmmm...
Should gunny be involved with this? I am waiting for my shippment since Jan. My last two mails in the last 3 weeks have not been answered. So I am honestly a bit worried, as Bluebear.
I ordered several times stuff in the past from them for a pretty big amount of $$$$, and I always had very good expierence with them!

@BlueBear: did you order either DionDevice or CDT Carbon?

I order from them last week and I got the product really fast.
Don't know why are you having some issues.

Bellissomoto Sitrep (Situation Report)

Hello Everyone!

For those of you who were not aware of this Randy & Lyle packed up and moved the shop from SC to Las Vegas just as BurnCycle stated in the thread. Those who have been to the SC shop should know this is a GIANT step up from what they were in to where they will be a block from the strip!

Now lets address some logistics. During this relocation phase order processing has still be going on but obviously a but slower then the norm. I will give you all some alternatives if your regular attempts at reaching them have been unsuccessful. They are not in any particular order and you can go any route you wish on this.

1) Order your items directly off the website using the PayPal system and in any comment field available be sure you state "Per Gunny I am authorized the Panigale forum discount" and leave your screen name there too. If for some reason you don't get the discount applied wait a day or so and if it still does not reflect on the PayPal invoice send me your order number and info via email (yes I will get to that in a second)

2) Continue to call the business line and if it rolls to the voicemail be sure to leave your name and number asking them to call you back because you want to order parts. You can also use their email to contact them and if its a 2nd or perhaps 3rd attempt go ahead and write that in the subject line as well guys. Nothing is worse than trying to give your money away to a company in exchange for something and them not replying back to you to achieve this goal - am I correct? :D

3) Send me an email with the parts or accessories you are trying to order and it would greatly help me out if you included the link to them off the website too! My email address is [email protected] . Also, feel free to attach some motivating photos of your bike to post on the website, or any Xrated photos to motivate the old Gunny! (just joking) :(

You guys can email me anytime about stuff but remember this. During this relocation I do not have any access to systems so I am unable to see the recent prices or photos of anything different than what you all see on the site. Nothing pleased me more than helping all of you bring Christmas to your homes each time you placed an order last year! I would love to get back on the books and return to this forum as your main point of contact once again if Randy wants to bring me back. At anytime feel free to send him something saying you want Gunny back as your main man because nothing makes me happier than to discount gear for you and get it out to you FAST so you can get it on the bike and go out to show it all off!! They wanted me to move out there with them and work full time there in Vegas but as much as I try I just cannot leave the wonderful traffic and congestion on I-95 in the Metro DC area folks!!

Though I do not officially work for them right now let me apologize for any delay or inconvience this move caused you to throw old broken clip ons across your garage, or so desperately want a new set of Carbon Rotobox wheels with the red paintwork on them to match your 1199s!
*Remember how much you guys hated them when I first announced them on here? And now they have grown on so many members after Jeff D bought a set and took it to the track with them? HA! And how may of you ping me via email asking to get them hooked up with the hot Ti Proti bolts to replace all those stripped out aluminum POS Ducati bolts from your rear hugger and everywhere else? HA! Or the infamous "Oil-Quarium" so named by our own Moderator Phil which gives you vertigo trying to watch oil go around like a front loading washing machine? HA! Just a few of the fond memories we all share together right? :D

I hope I have cleared a few things up for yoos all and would like nothing more than to once again represent Belli as your direct source. Now, if they choose NOT to accept this mission I may even know of another great source being built up as we speak who will be capable of providing you parts and gear in addition to the stuff you purchase from Belli too! Until then, I will keep it classified like Seal Team 6 did when they put a round between Bin Laden's running lights - sorry guys. :( All good things come in time and these guys will brighten your day one day soon as well.

Until then - keep it on one wheel and stay safe (the oxymoron for the day!)

Gunny out…………………

ps. The attached photos are off the Belli Facebook page of the new shop!
oops- thats a pic of my new HID lights on my Dodge 2500 there too! :)

Friday ordered complete AEM final drive! They always call back if you get voicemail

AEM is the problem but most of there orders, including mine, are arriving now.

They have been overwhelmed in the move but I think we will be rewarded if we stick with them. Because of wait they gave me a great price on a set of Lightech R rear sets.

Hope to see all of my things by the end of the month.

Aem

I don't see an order on March 26th, of anything, taking that long. Also, if something is that late, or going to be backordered or delayed someone should always try their best to remain in contact with buyer to keep them in the loop. Just my 4 cents.

Speaking of AEM this is one piece Im so glad I got from them!

I've got a bit of an issue currently....I ordered a bunch of stuff end of February, including a full AEM rear setup. Little did I know that this would not be in stock until mid April. Around that time I had to cancel a couple of items off the order, but decided instead of getting a refund I'd throw in some extra cash and replace the items I was cancelling with some pricier items. After some slow back and forth (email response times understandably delayed during the move), it was all agreed upon 23 April.....just needed a Paypal invoice for the extra amount......and after numerous emails....still waiting for that invoice ( no response at all in the last week). Not sure at this stage whether to just cancel the whole thing and pay (a fair whack) more to order them locally.

AEM has been on back order as I have also been waiting. Received and e-mail that my stuff was shipped yesterday. I would imagine that yours should be the same.

Gunny, what Ram Ball Mount is that? Where did you pick it up from? Many thanks in advance.
