anyone know any suspension settings or if there's a motion pro setup for the 1199s

Did you change out the springs? Pre load is probably close to end of adjustment if you still have the stock springs they usually set for 180 pound rider.

You need to have your suspension set up. No settings are going to help you if you're 240# on stock springs.
The MotionPro kits are for cable throttles. They shorten the throw by changing out cams attached the the cable. The Panigale has an electronic throttle system (no throttle cable), so the MotionPro kits do not work. Your options are the Corse quick turn throttle kit ($$$), custom Magnetti Marelli electronics (more $$$), or customizing the maps in the individual gears through Tuneboy or a similar tuning platform.
Try changing your gearing first before messing with the throttle.

If you’re looking for quicker acceleration then I’d suggest going up to a 41t on the rear and go from there.
