Arai photochromic shield?

I've read that Arai has no plans on making a photochromic shield for their helmets. Which makes me sad.

Any one know of any after market alternatives possibly?

Technology that allows a shield or lens to automatically darken or lighten based off the amount of light hitting it.

Shield would be clear when its cloudy or in low light conditions and if it suddenly gets bright and sunny the shield darkens.
