Hey fella riders!.. just wondering if anybody here uses dyna beads.
Do they really work on keeping your tires balanced?
Would you consider using the beads or stick to lead weights?

Would be awesome if someone with experience using these things shades some light.

Thanks in advance!...

My S4RS had them in the wheels when I got it and I put them back in with the new tires . Haven’t added weights. Couldn’t tell if they work or not

Do you feel any difference ridding the bike with beads? How fast have you got it up to? How’s the wear on the tires?

Thanks for your input

i really can't tell.

i've had it up to 130 only... tire wear is ok so far.

Man, we are a strange bunch, "only 130", most humans freak when I tell them my terminal velocities.

like when i say my monster "only" has at 110 at the wheel, whereas the pani was much more powerful.
still plenty of fast - especially in the twisties, where it counts for me.

I used them once on a rim that I bent slightly. I had the rim re bent back to straight but at high speed, I’d get a little shake. Motorcycle balancing is not dynamic. So I added the beads and they fixed the problem in high speed.

It’s like $10 buck, how could it hurt?

I've used them for the life of a set of SCs, to include a track day. I've noticed zero issues at any speed so I continue to use them. For what it's worth, I've had it up to 174 (GPS) and the tire wear was just fine.

I can’t speak for this particular product but I’ve seen balance beads clump together, due to moisture in the compressed air used to inflate the tire, which causes a vibration instead of curing it. Nitrogen fill might avoid this or maybe these being ceramic prevents the situation completely but I wanted to share my experience.
