hello this is the third time blow up the mid moon gasket valve cover in hight rpm, we check vacums and they are good...can some one help me in this problem

Make sure when you replace it that the surface is completely clean and there's no damage.
Use a good bead of sealant around the curved face and 10mm each side. The manual only says to put it on the corners of the circular face, but a nice bead should help (I did this with mine and no leaks).
Be sure to use some Loctite or lockwired bolts for the cam cover. These do come loose otherwise.

Don't use metal scrapers to remove the old sealant as you could damage the face.

If i recall correctly the radiator housing bolts on top of the valve cover bolts. So, like mentioned above use loctite on cam cover bolts and don't tighten the radiotor housing bolt that much. Also, as mentioned use gasket sealer in corners.

Not just the corners, go the whole "moon" face. Just a nice bead, nothing over the top 😉

Is that half moon missing? Or got pulled inward?

Any other non stock modifications? Crankcase ventilation stock?

yes is missing, i think the presure rip off the moon ,
and the 2 other times she was pushed out or pulled outward
so my problem is not abaut leaking, is about that i put new gasket in the 3 times, and in the full throttle hight rpm the moon is pulled outward when im riding abaout 20 minutes, so i think is something abaut presure that need to go some where and theres no way to go out, so the only way that the bike takes out presure is from the moon, i think that i dont know
we check vacuum houses and other thinks and they look good so im getting crazy

Yeah sorry, I figured because of the photo it was still there. There are breathers on top of the cam covers that should prevent this. Have you checked them?

I didnt check that because i dont know abaut that breathers jajaja 🤦‍♂️ , if you have any picture of them to know how are them or to know what im going to check y apreciate that

The breather is on the vertical cylinder only, so might not be your issue. See the image below next to bolt 3 on the vertical cylinder.

I'd also check the crankcase breather also. There must be a build up of pressure somewhere. Are you the only owner and have you done any mods to the engine?

The OEM gasket is one piece on my 2012 1199s and should be as well for you. The 4 half moons and perimeter gasket is all 1 piece. Sounds like yours are 5 pieces? If so, please use correct gasket.
