Sad, they were doing so well for such a small effort with a brand new chassis and a killer motor.
Basically, they failed to produce the required number of bikes by the WSBK homologation deadlines and are on hold from racing in the series again until they meet the minimum production requirements. Probably would have been easier if the bikes weren't $53,500 each.
