Right! Man, I wish him all the luck! Guy totally deserves a good ride!
You know we can get the races real quick, maybe a day late on that sight that everybody on here seems to know about?

Brave kid with a lot of skill, who was moved up too quickly to GP, he deserves and has earned a top ride.

I think he was dealt a bad hand with Suzuki but stuck it out with them (in MotoGP), it was a nightmare of a bike riddled with electronic/mechanical problems which resulted in lots of injuries for Hopper not being competitive and eventually dropping down to a "lower" championship from what I've seen/read.

Looks like Suzuki is doing well now with AESP and VIN in MotoGP. Not bad for a maiden return.

I'm interested to see how well he does, he's been running a Suzuki for his whole career I think? (MotoGP, BSB, anywhere else?) Ducati is a pretty competitive bike, but if you look at the riding styles its quite different, look at some WSBK Stuperstock 1000 videos of Niccolò Canepa :)

Is there a solid bone left in Hopper's body? I think he's broken all of them

Remember when Suzuki had him testing that insane looking aero package.. He went down in testing...

I didn't watch the testing but I did see that footage on the "fastest" series of documentaries. He defiantly got battered riding Suzuki's.

LOL, just saw the vid of him Hopping on the 1199 ... dude is almost as slim as me ...

they will start calling him Whopper...

Phil, can you link that? I cant immagine thats recient.. I was under the impression that he was fighting weight...

lol

The fastes men on the isle aren't skinny either...

He definitely hasn't been saying "no" when they ask if he wants fries with that. But I am pulling for him all the same.

Haven't they been trying to move the Pani's center of gravity towards the rear anyway? Just have him scoot back a few inches and poblem solved.

Hopper getting it done in free practice 2!
