great video's!! Out of curiosity did you find any or a lot of debris in the mesh filter?
 
Thanks, and yes... but only on one occasion. I found 2, maybe 3, small black particles lodged in the screen. They very extremely small and looked as if they were possibly pieces of liquid gasket material that had oozed internally upon assembly of some portion of the motor, only to break free and find their way to the oil pan at a later time.
 
Feel free to post up a vid if you ever have to replace your Water Pump. I think mine is starting to go.
 
Will do. I actually have a replacement sitting in the shop because I know the day will come.

I want to replace the spark plugs and I watched your video and have a few questions about the radiator frame removal. Do I need to remove the air extractor and fan assembly? Do I need to support the radiators if I am removing the mounting frame? Is removing the frame straight forward (you mention only 6 screws need to be removed to take out the frame)? I remember removing the entire radiator assembly when I had to replace the camshaft cover and it was a ...... Hoping to minimise effort to replace the plugs.

Sorry for the late response... I just stumbled across the post. The air extractor is interconnected with the lower radiator assembly and is best removed. The radiator mounting bracket can be removed without supporting the radiators, but just for good measure, an elastic strap run over the airbox will offer the radiators some support and still allow them to be manipulated as necessary to extract the spark plug. To remove the radiator mounting bracket, turn the handlebars slightly to the left, guide the bottom of the bracket outward, and simultaneously start turning the mounting bracket counterclockwise so that the leading edges (arms) of the bracket can clear the forks.

Segments covering the water pump, RPM/Timing sensor, clutch overhaul, valve adjustment,​ oil heat exchanger, etc. coming in the months ahead. The front fork and wheel bearings have pushed back until next year.
