Just before this acquisition, the entire Ohlins USA headquarters in NC was wiped out by the flooding and hurricane and was closed indefinitely...wonder of that had anything to do with it...it was located in Henderson NC...

Ohlins USA did not get damaged/destroyed from the hurricane. Other areas weren’t as fortunate.
I just competed training there this past week. Great learning experience
