Can anyone give a rundown of how the two work together? RB has the YouTune option that seems to have some of the same functions of BT's handheld. Current mods are Termi slipons and a filter. Looking to go full SC-Project or full Termi system but for now I'm trying to nail down a good tune.

No idea how those two work together but I think the Bren Tuning map itself should be enough and no need for additional fuel tuning. I have the BT tune together with Sprint P08 filter and full Termignoni (underbelly) exhaust. I am quite satisfied with the result and bike respond really good from bottom rpm. There is some small hesitation somewhere between 4500 – 5500 rpm and I asked if something can be done or if adding a rapid bike would help. Their Tech looked into my files and setup and did not find any problem and it seems more to be the “torque hole” in that area what I feel. And they did not recommend to add an fuel tuning unit because it could lean out some of the good changes to the fuel map… No problem riding the bike with steady rpm in that area though…

I have them working together. I wanted to see how the tune worked independently of the RB module, so i Zeroed out the RB map and then turned off the auto tuning. I was happy with the tune, but I was concerned my sprint carbon filter was leaning the A/F out some. since the RB is good with making real time adjustments, I turned back on just the autotuning to help out with air/temp changes, etc. and so far so good. RB really helps to smooth it out on the bottom end and virtually gets rid of all the bucking. Top end past 8k is ridiculous. Both seem to work well together after playing around with the settings.
Thanks, so it sounds like you have RB with YouTune and BT handheld. Or is just the RB Race or Evo sans YouTune.
Low end smoothed out? No twitchy throttle?
Yes, low end is smooth and it is possible to ride the bike steady from around 3000 rpm and up...

Ive just got the EVO and the Brentune. You can definitely go with just either one...the tune bumped up the limiter 500rpm and made the bike feel faster than it did with only the RB from about 5k on up. but it was still a little jerky below that. so now im really only using RB to smooth the bottom end and make minor adjustments as im riding. so far its been awesome.
