Hey guys
I have a head scratcher
My front sub frame is beginning to peal
I took a photo it's the space in front of the forks and Beneath the display
I don't understand how this is happening and is it a warranty worthy?
The bike is only a year old

Can anyone help explain how this is happening ? And what I can do about it

I had this on my clutch cover, 1199s. Got it replaced on warranty, poor factory finish.

I would say that would be some corrosion either due to a poor protective finish or mechanical damaged to the finish. Magnesium light, strong, corrosion prone and highly combustible! Nowt to worry about at the minute however I'd Get it replaced.

They shouldnt, however it does look like a knick. While your dealer may try to help you Ducati is going to make the decision.

It's not exactly an "easy" snap on part. It requires 2 hours of labor or more if done right. I break fairing bolts.
