On another note, I had to return an incorrect item (my fault). I emailed them and they responded immediately with an RMA, no hassles and full refund.

Same here, like Rich (AR) they respond over the weekend on their personal time. They even have a US location that some items can be returned to.

I have 2 more compliments. I ordered the wrong CF heal guards for my Lightechs, they worked with Lightech to get the right ones (they were not even on their website yet), and are shipping them free! And then I got an insane price for Marchesini wheels from Omniaracing, and they almost matched it, so because of their good service, I am going with Capri. Love these guys! 
Oh, did I mention I am getting forged Mags? Thanks to AR/Akra for taking their time (no offence Rich!), I get the wheels I wanted first!
