Very nice work, Fahed. Has anyone tracked their bike with these? Do they give any better grip for the forearms than the stock tank while hanging off?

They add zero grip. But it keeps the tank from being rubbed by the leathers in full tuck so that adds another level of protection.

Got mine. What's the best way to mount??

Steps below

1. Clean tank area with rubbing alcohol
2. Put sliders on tank and tape the outline on to the tank
3. Apply Aquarium Sealant to the sliders and place them inside the tape outline on the tank, carefully remove the outline tape
4. Tape them down to the tank vertically and horizontally for 24 hours. Do not use the bike during this period
5. 24 hours later remove the tape and enjoy

Couple question:

-Is the aquarium sealant removable?
-Is there a suitable temperature to install (we are getting into freezing temps)
-What is suitable quantity of sealant to use ? (Less is mote philosophy?)

1. Yes it is removable.
2. Yes, not below 20d for the sealant If you keep the bike in the garage it should be fine..
3. Maybe 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick bead around the edges.. keep it about 1/8 of an inch of the edge of the slider

I too would like to have this option possibly. Also by any chance do you provide tail sliders?

the lettering is on top of the clear coat so you can remove it if you wish and can put whatever color you want.

I do not provide tail sliders at the moment
