An unpleasant experience is an understatement.

Hello, I'm panky, I want to share an experience about online shopping here, I hope it can help everyone not to be deceived.

Back in April 2021 I bought carbon parts from Carbon4us. I've been told that some of my purchases are backordered and will ship when they become available. It's been two months and I haven't heard from them at all, so I emailed them to find out what happened. Their answer was that they were not ready and were waiting for word from the supplier. Some time passed and I asked via email as no one contacted me about the order. I was told that the person handling my order has left the company and from then on a second employee will handle it. They needed time to sort out the order, so they asked me to wait a bit longer. Apparently, they never contacted me again, so I sent another email asking when my order would ship. The manager said the order was shipped some time ago, but couldn't find the tracking number. Then I asked for the tracking number and the "second staff" said the manager was on vacation and couldn't provide it until he came back. A week later, the manager was sick after returning from vacation, so the tracking number is still unknown. The next follow-up email never came back, so they started playing the silent game. Then I asked my friend to call the company to ask, and the person on the phone said he didn't understand what my friend was talking about. He sent us an email to ask, but as of today (Christmas Eve 2021) we have not heard back. I'm pretty sure everyone knows what a normal procedure looks like. You buy something, pay for it, they ship it, and then provide a tracking number.

I haven't heard back since, and no one cares. As distributors of many European brands, they operate in an unacceptable way. It shouldn't happen and can't happen again. I'm posting my experience here so everyone reading this knows what's going on. You really need to think hard and weigh your options if you decide to buy from them. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Thanks for reading and good luck.

I'm upset I've only come across this now, ordered an oil change kit - paid, order confirmation came through, two minutes later, order cancelled. I've been messaging and emailing getting no response to why it was cancelled. Got a refund, but out of pocket on conversion rate and fee. Felt like a scam!

I just ordered a couple of rather difficult parts to get from Carbon4us. Price was fantastic and I had the parts in 4 days. Great service.
