It came with the adapters together from OZ.Me and a ducati technician fitted the rims,the rotors fit easily with out any problem...
 
Well then, it appears I have a problem with either the adapters or the rotors (OEM). My guess would be a incorrectly machined adapter OD. Wonderful.
