Hi - I have a 2012 1199 s with 2100km. Would it hurt to add a cap full of castrol r30 when ever I fill up?

Cheers

What on earth are you thinking???.... or looking to achieve???

No, R30 has great anti seize & load bearing qualities but very poor wear resistance it's from the Manx & Goldstar & alcohol fuel era when there were few if any other options, in addition all mineral based oils have to be removed otherwise it gels in areas of the case, I know from when I was 17 with my beloved 200SS a long time ago, I use to run Casrol R

Are you going for that aphrodisiac fragrance from the exhaust? I still have a couple of quarts of bean oil, I use it in the chain saw and weed wacker from time to time with race gas, reminds me of the TZ days.

I'm hearing ya.... Smells so cool, used to be a bitch to mix in back in the day!
Still got a Yamaha 100j engine kart that runs castor oil....

LOL - I must admit I do like the smell, but I also thought longevity wise it might be good...

Don't smell it on your own bike unless stopped...

Cheers
