Changing to Shoei GT-Air from Arai RX7-GP

Hi all,

Had a look at the new Shoei GT-Air over the weekend and at the moment they have just the plane colours but are bringing some more bling online in early April.

I am seriously considering this lid! Has anybody got one yet and if so, what do you think?

All the reviews are good but be interested in hearing from real people about the product.

I work at a dealership in AZ. we just got these. I have been riding and a few years of racing for 30 years. I have owned a shoei x-8 thru the x-12 that i currently have. I too am considering thr gt air. I plan on using a sena smh-5 and the earholes come with a cover over the already cut out holes. The new design reminds me when the NFL changed their helmets. the gt air looks very cool. The only hangup I have is that its not Snell approved. Not sure how important that truly is. Still pretty sure that will be my next investment. I like the Black with white stripe.
