Hey Guys,

You all have seen the clear jackets that MotoGP/WSBK racers wear when its raining. The are are light weight and the smaller folded size of these jackets is what I really need. (Would like to carry the smallest amount of wet weather gear in the Panigale tail bag.)

Anyone know where to get a set or another alternative (non-plastic) rain apparel?

Looking for a compact solution!

Gore tex

I use a Gore tex Paclite jacket. Very minimal in bulk rolled up hence the name. I got a Henri Lloyd one made for the Mercedes F1 team,a close out bargain at an outlet store. So its got some Petronas and Bridgestone sponsor decals adorning it. Doesn"t look out of place on the bike, goes over my leather jacket and is breathable so no internal wetness. Did a 350mile ride last year with this jacket on and a cheap pair of overtrousers(not breathable) and when I took off the over trousers my leather jeans were soaking wet on the surface(condensation) not leaking. Jacket was bone dry. Ya need breathable gear dude.
