18 v4s cannot bleed the clutch. Can’t get any fluid to go thru system. Tried the air bleeder and hand pump bleeder on both bleeders and nothing. Took off reservoir and supply line to master they are clean. Took bleeder out of master and pump clutch and nothing. Only thing I haven’t done is take off the main line to lower bleeder. Frustrated

disconnect at slave, pull level...if you dont get fluid, youve got a pinch somewhere, a mech. obstruction homie...

Gotcha. The bike sat for a few months needed battery. Replaced that and put maybe 10-12 miles on it with just some occasional around the block rides the last month or two. Notice that clutch starting to engage with barely letting out the clutch. Been about a year or so since I last replaced the fluid and it was looking a little dark so I thought I replace again and that’s when this all started not getting fliud out of either bleeder. There’s no pinch in line from reservoir to master cyclinder and I can’t even get it to bleed. I have the bleed screw out and pumped handle nothing. I took a syringe and fed fliud into where bleeder screw goes and nothing. Again frustrated.

Can you open the bleeder on the slave and put a vacuum on it with a vacuum bleeder? Did anything happen in regards to the master, maybe a crash, lever replacement etc.?

Maybe pull the slave cylinder off, take it apart and inspect. None of the parts, be it the clutch master, the line to the slave, or the slave are at all complex. There is likely a very simple problem at play.

Everything is as was from factory no replacements no crash’s. Yes is the Lilly to be simple that has me worried about overlooking something simple and doing so messing something else up.

Try a reverse bleed?

I did try the reverse bleed and I could pull fliud from the bleeder at master cyclinder from bleeder at slave. I still could not pull fliud thru the master. I attached vacuum to the fliud inlet to master and tried to pull fliud from supplied fliud to slave bleeder but no fliud came thru master.
