Clutch bulletin + Rear brake issue

I wonder how long it will take for this campaign to start. The recall checker on their website doesnt show anything.

The parts and everything can already be ordered. I brought my bike in Saturday and the new parts were in by today. Apparently, the actual recall/parts are the gaskets in the fluid reservoir caps for both the clutch and front brake. They swapped in the recall gasket and rebuilt my slave cylinder just to make sure. We'll see if that does the trick.

Is it an actual recall or is it a service bulletin/letter?

I am getting the recall done today.

Did they call you or did you have to ask them about a particular service bulletin? My dealer called me and their service people are going to call me back to schedule, so I just need to know what to say.

I asked them about it and they checked my VIN and verified the recall.

I have a 2017 1299 and it is doing the same thing. Air builds up at the upper bleed point and makes it very difficult to shift too, especially trying to get the bike into neutral. Also, the fluid gets filthy fast (way too fast) I change it completely bleed the whole system and less than a week later it's burnt black. Something definitely wrong.
