I am installing a new clutch cover and was wondering what I should torque the bolts to? Same thing for the spring retainer?

1/4" torque wrench at home depot $69.99.
Invest in it. Your bike will be happy.

13Nm is correct.

Nola, that's what my shop manual calls for 10 Nm ( ±10%)

Yet @ 9 Nm on my wrench, my factory installed bolts were still going in strong. They were way under torqued.

Got it installed without a hitch! Thanks for all the info everyone. I went with the transparent cover and after a very hard day of riding I have zero leaks! So far so good.
