Clutch cover residue

So i installed clutch cover 3 weeks ago on my bike and some time i see oil residue which gets stuck on glass. It does not happen every time but only some times. It goes away after some time once i park the bike. Maybe after an hour or so. Any one knows is it normal.

Its normal especially if you only rode the bike around the block.

Thanks for replying. I recently bought the bike and i thought either i put the cover wrong way or there is something wrong with the bike. What a relief.

You should be fine - once you get up to operating temperature it goes away.
